Need a last minute appetizer for a holiday party? A cheese ball is the perfect appetizer for any party and this new take on a Southern fave just made your to-do list a lot simpler! This appetizer only requires 3 ingredients and is a delicious way to impress your guests.

You will need the following:

• 12 oz Pimento Cheese (regular or jalapeno) {Palmetto Cheese is our suggestion because of the thick consistency!}
• 1 small bag shredded cheese (cheddar or blend)
• 1 small bag chopped pecans

In a bowl, combine 12 oz pimento cheese and small bag shredded cheese. Mix until thick and well combined. Shape into a ball and let sit in fridge for 15-20 minutes just to cool enough to hold it’s shape.

Pour chopped pecans onto a plate big enough to roll the cheese ball on. Pull cheese ball out of fridge and coat with chopped pecans. Once coated, wrap the cheese ball tightly with plastic wrap and place in fridge for at least 30 minutes or until ready to use.

Serve chilled with crackers of choice and enjoy!
